MessageNet Systems specializes in the development
and marketing of Silent
Messenger PageStation , and Silent
Messenger VisualPA. These products integrate multi-user
paging and visual intercom systems for business, hospital, industrial and
public facilities.
MessageNet Systems is a privately held S Corp. established in January 1997 and registered in the state of Indiana. MessageNet Systems operates without debt. The corporation since its inception has been capitalized exclusively by its shareholders. |
Who We Are:
MessageNet Systems is a software and systems development company located in Indianapolis. MessageNet Systems evolved from Orchid Systems a wholly owned partnership composed of the share holders of MessageNet Systems. Under Orchid Systems the conception and initial development of Silent Messenger PageStation and VisualPA products took place. Silent Messenger products have been undergoing
continuous cycle of enhancement and improvement for over three years
and has been sold since Jan, 1997.

Statement:
MessageNet Systems mission is to provide the market place with messaging products that deliver innovative solutions to enterprise communication problems that have not been addressed by other products and technologies. |
| Management Philosophy.
MessageNet systems feels that the key to
providing value in its products it must remain focused on its products
and customers needs and it must remain free of serving more than one master
such as venture capitalists organizations. As a result MessageNet Systems
has elected to follow a course of financial conservatism. As a result,
MessageNet systems has operated debt free since its inception.
This has allowed the company to follow an aggressive development course
with its products free from the distracting influence of external
funding organizations and their requirements. We feel that it is
in the interest of our customers that MessageNet Systems operates in this
manor. This debt free approach provides the greatest long term
stability for the company and as a result stabiles the development process.
As a result of this approach MessageNet Systems has been able to evolve
the Silent Messenger products towards higher levels of feature and functionality
and at a higher rate than could have been otherwise achieved.

| Markets:
MessageNet Systems target markets for our
messaging products are broad spectrum by design. As with email systems
Silent Messenger PageStation and VisualPA are designed as general purpose
product that has application across industry, government, medicine, business,
retail business and education. These two products bring new levels
of functionality to paging and integrates visual intercom/public address
capabilities to form a new class of messaging product that we define as
Priority Messaging.

The customer base for the Silent Messenger products reflect the diversity described above concerning the target markets.. For example this diversity is exemplified in customers such as Marquette Medical electronics, Union Pacific Resources, Signature Enterprises in retail, Virginia Tech, and Toyota Manufacturing. This sample of the customer base demonstrates the breath of application of Silent Messenger products to a diversity of needs and organizations. |

Channels:
MessageNet Systems markets and demonstrates its products directly over the internet. Additionally MessageNet Systems is actively forming referral programs, reseller programs, and alliances with vendors in the paging and electronic message display industry.
